Our Beginning
Back in 2019, I was helping a friend figure out why her small business was always short on cash despite decent sales. We spread her receipts across my kitchen table and started tracking every expense. That evening changed everything for both of us.
She discovered she was spending nearly 40% more than she realized on inventory she didn't need. Within six months, she had her first proper emergency fund. Word spread, and soon other friends were asking for similar help with their personal and business finances.
What started as informal coffee shop conversations grew into structured workshops. By 2021, we had helped over 200 people in the Sóc Trăng area develop practical budgeting skills that actually worked for their lives.
Today, NeoConnectFlow serves families and small business owners across Vietnam who want to understand their money better and build lasting financial stability.

Lead Financial Educator
With over eight years of experience in financial counseling and budget management training, Dr. Nguyen has helped more than 500 families across Vietnam develop sustainable money management practices. She holds a Master's degree in Economics from Vietnam National University and specializes in making complex financial concepts accessible to everyday learners. Her practical approach combines traditional Vietnamese values around financial responsibility with modern budgeting techniques.
